It might get a bit philosophical but it means that to have a certain feature (the legs here) and to be proud about it, you gotta show it off. You gotta soak in the stares, the gazes, the desires of Men. Saying you have a cute butt is Ok, but to really make it an outstanding feature, you have to bask your butt in male gazes.
This male lust that you ignite feeds you the necessary confidence you need to epitomize it. We girls are like vampires - we need the compliments (especially the non-verbal ones like stares) and we feed off them and they give us the conviction that we are sexy. It is one thing to tell yourself that, but a whole other world when you see Men react to yourself.
